From David McCallum’s Official Facebook Page: A wonderful 243rd birthday party for the United States Marine Corps aboard the Intrepid. Such a pleasure to meet General Neller again – he spoke highly of NCIS. When he retires as Commandant he will be a tough one to replace. A truly great man.
