Super Mario Really Big Stickers by Mello Smello.
It is possible to obtain the “Blast Away the Wall” star in Whomp’s Fortress in Super Mario 64 without using the cannon and destroying the wall, merely by jumping into the wall in a precise spot. However, the positioning and angling used for this glitch are very exact, so that it is much easier to get the star the intended way. (Source)

In Super Mario Land, a glitch can be exploited in levels 2-3 and 4-3 to make Mario invulnerable. If a block that is about to push Mario off-screen is destroyed at the last possible moment so that only 2 pixels of Mario’s vehicle are visible on the left side of the screen, enemies will not be able to harm Mario as long as he only moves up or down in this state. (Footage recorded by me in a GB emulator.)
